Students take on the role of the desingner (?) of the Olympic village
She has a specific brief:

• Cheap
• Environmentally friendly
• Usefullness post Olympics

She is a bit of a dodgy character, who has won the bid to get the project, but wants to make sure she has money left over at the end. Although she doesn't want to cut too many corners, she wants the structures to be a cheap as possible to make sure she has money at the end of the project in order to retire to France.
The probelm is, her colleague is an eco warrior and wants to ensure that what ever is done, it has the smallest possble impact on the environment. He Lives near where the Olympics is being held, and has a young family so is keen for it to last well and be useful afterwards, and not look horrible.
